Validity period
- The order will be valid for 7 days from the date of order.
- Campaign is valid only during the period of the campaign.
- If a product is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will notify you when the next shipment will be available or cancel your order. For products that are no longer available, please understand that we will cancel your order without your permission.

Payment deadline
For orders placed by bank transfer or postal transfer, we will send you an e-mail with the payment address by the end of the next business day. Please make payment within 14 days of the corresponding e-mail.
For COD purchases, please pick up your order within 2 weeks of our shipment. If we are unable to deliver the product for more than 2 weeks without notification from the customer, we may cancel the order.
If you choose payment at a convenience store, please pay at the convenience store within 14 days of issuance.

Limitations on sales volume, conditions of sale, etc.
We do not have any restrictions on products that are not specifically listed. However, as a general rule, our products are only sold for customers' use. Please refrain from purchasing our products for the purpose of resale.

- 2.Shipping Fee
The shipping category differs depending on the product. Please check before confirming.- 「Free Shipping」products will be free of courier shipping charges.
- 「Free Shipping by Mail」items will be free of charge only if they can be delivered by mail. If the items cannot be sent by mail, such as cash on delivery, a shipping fee of 550 yen will be added and the items will be shipped by courier service.
- 3.Commission Fee
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- The handling charge for COD is 330 yen (tax included).
- The fee for convenience store payment is 200 yen (tax included). (No handling charge for purchases of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.)

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products purchased at our directly managed salons, certified salons, and beauty salons that handle our products. We appreciate your understanding.
If you experience any problems, please contact the salon or hair salon where you purchased the product within one week of purchase.
Once we confirm that the product is defective, we will replace or return the product.
Website errors or product errors
In the event of a price error or product defect, we will respond with a return or exchange. Please be sure to contact us so that we can check the defects.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled or changed only until 2:00 p.m. on the order date (or until 2:00 p.m. on the next business day for orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on shipping holidays such as Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

We are sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes after 2:00 p.m. on business days as we begin preparing for shipment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to our store due to refusal of receipt, etc., we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
